Honey, the way it should be.
Most supermarket honey is heated, filtered and blended into uniformity. Ours isn't. We work with small-scale beekeepers across the African bush, then bottle the harvest cold and unfiltered, exactly as the bees made it.
The result: a deep amber spoonful with floral notes, soft crystals and the kind of complexity you can taste.
